Why isn't the 41st Ward included in the City-Wide recycling program?
Chicago Recycling Coalition CRC President Mike Nowak will be one of the people speaking at a news conference tomorrow unveiling the "Green Growth Platform for Chicago's Next Mayor." A wide range of environmental groups have come up with a list of 20 questions they want all of the mayoral candidates to answer about how they will make Chicago a greener city.
