Chicago needs an independent crime statistics review board to ensure that crime stats are collected, analyzed and processed properly by CPD admin and the public. And, an independent review panel needs to do a complete investigation before CPD resources are redistributed in the city of Chicago. What do our aldermanic candidates think about this?
