Norwood Park Memorial Day Parade

Monday May 30th - 11:00am

The Norwood Park Memorial Day Parade tradition dates back over a hundred years! Year after year the Parade brings out all of Norwood Park residents, schools, scouts, churches and civic organizations.
This year it will be held on Monday, May 30th. The Parade will step off at 11:00 AM from Onahan School, 6634 W. Raven and proceed to Taft High School, 6545 W. Hurlbut. The Parade route leads down West Raven, across the railroad tracks onto East Circle, Nickerson and Ardmore, West to Natoma and South to Hurlbut.
Last year's parade was the biggest - ever! The Parade attracts scores of Norwood Park residents and families! For our elderly veterans' convenience a trolley will be provided. Our Nation owes our Veterans a debt of gratitude and respect!
To sign up for or donate to the Parade please call Jim: 773-497-5852 or Corrine: 773-774-4951

  1. Should be seeing some new politicians strutting around the parade this year. McAulliffe will be lonely.

  2. Lousy sentiments, 7:20. Let's all think of members of our military forces, their families, veterans, and those who paid the ultimate sacrifice for US! Show our gratitude.
